I came in with an issue that had nothing to do with him, he was not gonna benefit from what I needed and yet he went above and beyond to get me to the right people. This was my very first visit to Chatham Parkway Toyota, and the experience was very pleasant and refreshing! My service advisor Yeiza was really welcoming, attentive and thorough! She is wonderful to work with. While waiting on my service, I have to opportunity to observe and speak with other great staff who all were just as pleasant and helpful. I can't say that I was excited about driving over 4 hours to Chatham Parkway to buy a used car, but the experience changed my mind. Dee Phillips took such good care of us, from our initial text exchanges, to talking on the phone, to taking care of us face to face. Her friendliness, approachability, honesty, and passion were just what we needed. In hindsight, I'm so happy we made the drive! And Charlie in Finance was the icing on top. I can't say that I love buying cars, but I can say that this was a great car buying experience!
